When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). When you use Foundry One, we store the project data you create — including pipeline analyses, architecture specifications, and generated code scaffolds — in your private workspace.
We also collect basic usage analytics: pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the platform. We do not track you across other websites.
Your data is used to provide and improve Foundry One. Specifically: to operate your account and workspace, to process payments via Stripe, to send transactional emails (signup confirmation, password reset), and to diagnose errors. We do not sell your data to third parties.
When you run pipeline analyses, your project descriptions and generated content are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train models. Your project data is processed in real-time and not stored by Anthropic beyond the request lifecycle.
Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies ensuring only you and your organization members can access your projects. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic Claude API (AI analysis), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy and processes only the minimum data required.
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data Management. You can delete your account by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your project data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We use essential cookies only: an authentication session cookie (required to keep you logged in) and a service worker version cookie. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
