By creating an account or using Foundry One, you agree to these terms. Foundry One is operated by Hardin Creek Holdings LLC ("HCH", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Foundry One is a strategic intelligence platform that uses AI to analyze software ideas, generate market intelligence, and produce architecture specifications. The platform is provided "as is" and AI-generated outputs are advisory — they should be reviewed and validated before use in production systems or business decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One person per account; accounts cannot be shared. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you input into Foundry One (project descriptions, uploaded code, specifications). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or the AI-generated outputs produced for your projects.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge for consideration. The free tier has no time limit.
Each plan has project limits and monthly API call quotas as described on the pricing page. Exceeding limits will result in temporary restrictions until the next billing cycle or an upgrade. We do not charge overage fees.
You may not use Foundry One to: reverse-engineer the platform, resell access without authorization, submit content that violates applicable law, or attempt to circumvent billing or usage limits. Automated access (bots, scrapers) is prohibited without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Foundry One. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or technical advice. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
